IT Infrastructure Engineer - Caerphilly - £40-45K

An exciting opportunity to join an MSP servicing a range of customers from various business sectors. The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering Cloud Solutions for new & existing customers.

The role

• Troubleshoot system & network issues- offering solutions for hardward & software failures.
• Provide 3rd Line level support.
• Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting.

The skills and experience we're looking for:Significant experience in:

• O365, Azure (iIaaS)
• Designing and implementing Windows Server Technologies including Virtualisation

Desirable skills/experience

• MSP Experience.
• Helpdesk/IT Support (telephone/remote support) experience.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (or working towards).
• Firewall and Network Security Technologies.
• Hyper-V, VMWare, SAN, NAS.
• Microsoft 365 Administration / Migrations.
• Strong understanding TCP/IP networking, including experience with routing, VLAN, VPN, Wireless.
• Experience of VOIP telephony systems.
• Automation and Scripting using PowerShell.
• Cyber Security Experience and familiarity with Cyber Essentials Certification Protocols.
