Customer Service Administrator - Caerphilly, CF83 3SGFull time: 37.5 hours - 6 month contract£11.44 per hour

The role:

  • Handling inbound/Outbound calls and emails from internal and external sources, handling all enquiries, logging calls, creating and managing bookings.
  • Flexible / Adaptable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude in handling calls professionally
  • General Clerical work

The Candidate:

  • We are looking for determined and professional candidates
  • Experience in Call Centre environment and Customer Service Preferred
  • You will possess excellent communication skills and offer a Flexible approach to work.
