In this role you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining a variety of fire alarm and access control systems including but not limited to CCTV systems, door entry systems and intruder alarms.
This role would suit an Engineer with experience in either fire alarms, access control systems or CCTV systems, looking for a role whereby you can massively increase your earning through overtime, with further benefits of inhouse training and scalable career progression.
THE ROLE:
- Work collaboratively within a small team developing security systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate fire risks and determine appropriate safety measures
- Utilise hand tools and power tools for the installation and maintenance of fire security equipment
- Perform routine inspections and testing of CCTV/Intruder/Fire alarms systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of system design, installation, inspection and maintenance activities
THE PERSON:
- Fire and Security or similar background
- Happy to work Monday - Friday working field based (hours may vary depending on business needs)
