We are seeking a passionate and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team, which is based in the heart of Caerphilly, on a job share basis. Hours of work will either be 9am - 1pm or 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday (20hrs a week).
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels to source and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
- Interview Coordination: Arranging and conducting interviews, providing feedback, and managing the candidate journey.
- Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.
- Energy & Drive: A high level of energy and motivation to make outbound calls and achieve targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to work either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.
