DK Recruitment are really excited to be working with a long standing family run business to find a new Finance Manager to join their team based in Callington. As the successful candidate your attention to detail will be key in the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

As a Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. You will be responsible for overseeing various transactional activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other general ledger functions.

- Payroll management

- General Ledger Maintenance

- Process improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in transactional accounting roles, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation.
