Juice is thrilled to be working with an established and growing mechanical manufacturer, based just outside of Calne, who are searching for a Junior Sales Executive to join their expanding team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone, potentially coming out of a retail/hospitality background, to embark upon a successful career in either a sales or manufacturing career.

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, and primarily be reaching out to warmer leads - with the potential to dive into a new market and target colder leads. There will also be opportunities to reach out through social media!

DAY TO DAY:

  • Handling sales enquiries by coordinating with the internal teams to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Undertake in-depth market/competitor research to identify potential clients and industries who could be in need of the companies services.
  • Reach out to new or existing clients through various channels: telephone, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and advantages.
  • Occasionally attending trade shows and networking events.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop specific sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Consistently analyse sales KPI’s and ensure the team are hitting targets.
  • Collaborate with the senior sales representatives to forecast future sales revenue.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Experience in a busy, customer-facing role over the phone or in person.
  • Previous sales experience via calls and emails would be ideal, but not essential.
  • An interest in the automotive/mechanical industry.
  • Manufacturing/agricultural experience would be ideal.
  • Able to deal with customer issues and queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to quicky build rapport with clients.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Independent but also able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Full UK driving license.

AND FOR YOU:

  • £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • 20 Days holiday, plus 1 day per year of service until 25.

  • Working hours are 8:15am - 5:15pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 3:15pm finish!
  • Enrolment into Bupa Healthcare after 2 years.
  • Annual pay review.
