What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that put the needs of the children first.
- Creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment across KS1 or KS2.
- Supporting whole-school development in curriculum, assessment, and self-evaluation.
- Collaborating with colleagues to raise achievement and uphold behaviour standards.
- Championing the school’s vision, values, and commitment to pupil well-being.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Confident teaching across primary year groups, not tied to a specific key stage.
- Brings a strong understanding of inclusive teaching and meaningful assessment.
- Committed to school improvement and whole-school contribution.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal communication.
