We are recruiting for one of our clients for an Energy Procurement Manager.

As an Energy Procurement Manager with our client, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive and robust procurement service for utilities to our esteemed clients. You'll be at the forefront of managing and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders, contributing significantly to client retention and growth through the delivery of outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team service delivery against internal and external KPIs.

Report team-wide risks to the Senior Management Team, offering proposed solutions for sign-off and implementation.

Handle complaints raised within SLA, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Cultivate and manage strong supplier relationships.

Establish and drive team goals and objectives.

Assess and report on performance and risk factors.

Conduct audits to ensure quality, system completeness, and process compliance.

Provide supervision, training, and guidance to team members.

Inspire and motivate team members to excel.

Leverage technology effectively to enhance service delivery.

Contribute to service and product development initiatives.

Support new business acquisition efforts.

Analyze key market issues and regulatory changes impacting customers.

Manage a portfolio of electricity, gas, and water clients.

Identify and propose ways to enhance service offerings to the Senior Management Team.

Assist with onboarding new clients and suppliers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of energy markets and available services.

Foster strong relationships and communication with supplier partners.

Requirements:

Demonstrated career history in procurement, showcasing solid expertise.

Prior experience within the energy industry, providing valuable insights.

A commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service
