We are delighted to be partnering with a global not for profit organisation based in the city centre of Cambridge as they seek to recruit a Finance Officer to join their team. This role is newly created due to business growth, and within the role you will report into the Finance Manager. This role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with travel to the office required a minimum of once per week.As the incoming Finance Officer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:- Monthly bank reconciliations- Processing and reconciling credit card data- Processing and reconciling staff expenses- Assist with journal processing- Assisting with ERP and VAT related queries- Additional duties at the discretion of your line managerAs the successful candidate in this role, you will ideally possess previous experience working in a similar level accountancy role. You will also have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have good excel skills. Other desirable attributes you will possess include:- Strong attention to detail- Ability to prioritise workload in an efficient manner- Keen desire to learn and develop- Good IT literacy skillsThis role is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that truly has a positive impact on society.
