TITLE: Chef De Partie – Independent Restaurant– Cambridge - £30,000 plus Tips – New Opening
COMPANY PROFILE:
I am proud to be representing this Cambridge based client who is a Brand-New Restaurant serving fresh food to a high standard. This is a new opening with an amazing kitchen.
The Owner is a strong believer in work life balance and will not be expecting you to work more than 45 hours a week.
SOUS CHEF POSITION:
As the Chef De Partie, you will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day duties of the kitchen and its team, ensuring that the existing high standards are maintained within this established venue.
You will need experience of a fast-paced environment, knowledge of fresh food preparation.
You will be expected to:
-Be able to prepare, cook and run every section
-To learn new dishes and new styles and consistently strive to be the leading edge in food fashion.
-Working approximately 45 hours per week
-Maintaining very high standards of food hygiene / allergen requirements and health & safety guidelines.
