Job Title: Head Chef
Salary: 44,199.96
Location: Cambridge, CB2 area
Contract: Permanent,5 out of 7 days shift pattern
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Experienced in managing and leading kitchen teams for both a la carte and events service, the team managing will be a small team consisting of 4 chefs, 1 kitchen porter.
- Proficient in recipe development, food costings, and managing GP (Gross Profit)
- Strong financial understanding and skilled in budget management
- Ability to effectively lead culinary operations.
- Experienced in driving culinary innovation.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with culinary standards and compliance environment
- Possesses relevant qualifications/training.
