- Oversee entire IC design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor project timelines to ensure designs are produced on schedule
- Address design-related challenges promptly and efficiently
- Manage and lead a team of designers, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Cultivate a positive work environment to encourage creativity and innovation
- Coordinate new IC designs and digital IP creation, managing chip verification and sign-off activities for tapeout
- Collaborate with IC designers, verification engineers, physical design engineers, and suppliers for cohesive designs
- Ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, requirements specifications, and test plans
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management
- Possess in-depth knowledge of analog and digital IC design principles, including digital IC design and verification.
- Conduct simulation and verification of IC designs for functionality, performance, and compliance.
- Strong IC design and verification skills with relevant knowledge in embedded engineering, firmware, software, and technology
- Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail in project execution
- Demonstrate leadership and motivational abilities within the team
- Proficiency in using computer software and relevant tools
