Bring your skills to overseeing all aspects of IC design within the project, ensuring timely completion, addressing challenges, and leading a team of designers. We're seeking someone who is passionate about pioneering technology and eager to thrive in a collaborative setting.
  • Oversee entire IC design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure designs are produced on schedule
  • Address design-related challenges promptly and efficiently
  • Manage and lead a team of designers, fostering collaboration and efficiency
  • Cultivate a positive work environment to encourage creativity and innovation
  • Coordinate new IC designs and digital IP creation, managing chip verification and sign-off activities for tapeout
  • Collaborate with IC designers, verification engineers, physical design engineers, and suppliers for cohesive designs
  • Ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, requirements specifications, and test plans
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of analog and digital IC design principles, including digital IC design and verification.
  • Conduct simulation and verification of IC designs for functionality, performance, and compliance.
  • Strong IC design and verification skills with relevant knowledge in embedded engineering, firmware, software, and technology
  • Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail in project execution
  • Demonstrate leadership and motivational abilities within the team
  • Proficiency in using computer software and relevant tools
