Paralegal (Real estate)

Up to £28k DOE

My client is looking for a paralegal who is interested in and ideally got experience in real estate work.

You will be based in the Cambridge office, and work Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work overtime to meet the business needs.)

The successful candidate will have a Law degree or the equivalent or be familiar with the building blocks of law.

The role will involve:

· Assisting with due diligence and lease reports

· Drafting all correspondence

· Undertaking legal research

· Client liaison

· Registration of interests at the land registry

The successful person will:

· Be well organized and able to prioritise their workload.

· Have excellent communication and be able to speak and write excellent English.

· Good negotiating skills

· Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

· Dedicated to providing outstanding service to clients.



You will need to be living in Cambridgeshire, and must hold the relevant experience to be considered.
