Are you an electronic assembly technician or similar looking for a role offering plenty of training on optical assembly and PCB component testing for a company who's clients include NASA and the MOD, in a role offering optional overtime and career growth opportunities?

In this role you will be assembling electromechanical equipment within a clean-room environment. The role offers technical training and further opportunities down the line to progress into field service, customer support or even project management.

This company is a leading provider of thermal imaging solutions to major institution like NASA and the MOD, offering cutting-edge infrared cameras for industrial, scientific, security, and military applications. You will be working in their Cambridge site, home to over 70 employees, on various high-tech and specialised projects.

This role would suit someone with knowledge of electronic assembly including soldering, wiring and fault finding who is looking for a role within a respected company and progression routes down the road.

The Role:

• Assembling Electronic components in a clear room environment
• Some mechanical assembly when fitting
• Fault finding, testing and soldering
• Training on optical equipment
• Flexible working, Monday-Friday with overtime available

The Person:

• Electronic assembler

• Commutable to Cambridge
