Change Manager Remote ( Occasional travel to Cambridge) Day rate up to £550 per day Technet Is currently partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical Company undergoing a major Digital transformation project. Part of the project is implementing a cutting-edge Employee experience platform.The Change manager will be responsible for Change management strategies and plans for their universal service experience project.You will be responsible for the following

  • Designing a vision for change that's innovative and creative balancing impactful delivery across the enterprise
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for the universal service experience project.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision for change, Build support and foster a culture of empowerment and Collaboration
  • Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities,

You will need the following skills

  • Proven Experience in change management, with a strong track record of driving and implementing change initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, Differentiated thinking to change that matches the effect needed for the success of the program
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working as part of an Employee experience transformation project
