Head of Electronics:

• Interdepartmental communication skills and gravitas to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive next generation electronic product development from concept through to delivery in medium volume manufacturing environments
• Proven people management experience
• Highly technical hands-on background in electronic hardware product development, including hardware architecture (baseband, RF, analogue, high speed digital design)
• Emphasis on the delivery of a complex hardware product development
• Innovation, continuous improvement and change management

Role: Head of Electronics
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £100-110K plus bonus (company performance related typically pays 5-6%), pension, private healthcare, dental plan, income protection plan, free parking, great restaurant facilities and an early finish on Fridays!
