Are you a support worker seeking a new role?Do you have experience with autism and learning disabilities?Duties to include supporting the client to access the local and wider community, this includes swimming, going to the gym, shopping, cinema, bowling, social activities. Some sessions may include some elements of Supporting with personal care. We are looking for support workers with a positive, outgoing personality to encourage our client’s independence as well as interacting with our clients hobbies and keeping the safe and encouraging them to be independent.As a support worker for Reed Community Care you will benefit from:Weekly pay. Choosing your own hours.
The ideal worker will have: 6 months experience in health and social care.Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care. Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a wider team. All opportunities are subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references being obtained.
