Are you the right person for the job?
- Driving Licence is essential
- CCN1 Gas Qualification is essential
- Relevant qualifications in heating engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Heating Engineer, demonstrating reliability and expertise
- Gas Safe registered, with Oil and LPG certification as an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive client interactions
- You must live within a 30-minute travel radius of Cambridge
What will your role look like?
- Service and repair heating systems, covering boilers, radiators, and unvented hot water cylinders
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and plumbing equipment with precision and expertise
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future disruptions
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and care
