- Implement work schedules and assign tasks to the team
- Supervise Housekeepers with all Health & Safety requirements
- Monitor Housekeeping and other duties
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Maintain all staff cleaning kits and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning carried out within the required procedure
- Arrange appropriate welcome packs in each apartment
- Report any maintenance issues
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage own and the teams time to ensure deadlines are met
- Team Management experience
- A driving licence
