We have a very exciting and rewarding role for an experienced Housekeeper to join this well-established, luxury-serviced apartments in Cambridge as a Head Housekeeper.This is a hands-on role where you will also be supervising a team of Housekeepers, therefore this role would suit a well-organised, passionate about quality with a keen eye for detail person.With great hours and benefits, this is a great role for someone to join a passionate and caring team.As the Head Housekeeper, you will be:

Implement work schedules and assign tasks to the team
Supervise Housekeepers with all Health & Safety requirements
Monitor Housekeeping and other duties
Ensure compliance with policies
Maintain all staff cleaning kits and equipment
Ensure all cleaning carried out within the required procedure
Arrange appropriate welcome packs in each apartment
Report any maintenance issues

As the Head housekeeper, you will have:

Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage own and the teams time to ensure deadlines are met
Team Management experience
A driving licence
