Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Advisor based in Cambridge for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of theHR Advisor role

Salary: £16 per hour Location: Cambridge Type of Contract: Temporary ongoing Hours: 37.5 hour working week

The role…

As the HR Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day input and updating all HR Data.
  • Generate reports for analysis.
  • Timesheet and invoice checking.
  • Provide pension-related admin support.
  • Assist with the preparation of salaries, new starters and leavers.
  • Organise informal and formal meetings such as disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings. 
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection processes.
  • Support employee wellbeing.

The experience required…

As a successful HR Advisor you will have the following:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified.
  • Proven experience within a HR Advisory role previously.
  • Confidential and discreet.
  • Payroll experience previously with knowledge of Sage software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
