The role…
As the ICT Server Engineer your role will involve the following important duties:
- Install, test, upgrade, control and maintain ICT server infrastructure.
- Fault diagnosis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and ITIL standards.
- Maintenance support for two sites.
- Support all aspects and components of the server infrastructure including Storage Area Network, Microsoft Windows Servers, VMWare, 365 amd associated infrastructure.
The experience required…
As a successful ICT Server Engineer you will have the following:
- Driving licence to travel between sites.
- ICT Data qualification to MSCE level.
- Experience in managing, maintaining and upgrading all aspects and components of a secure and resilient computer infrastructure in a large organisation.
- Experience managing and administrating MS Azure Cloud, Exchange online and Office 365.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
