Your new companyWorking for this incredible, groundbreaking organisation we have a rare opportunity to join the team and provide high level executive support to the CEO and Senior management team.Your new roleThis role will involve typical EA support duties such as diary management; efficiently managing the CEOs schedule, travel arrangements, board meeting preparation, presentation and report writing, taking minutes at board meetings, act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders ensuring effective communication at all times. Project management of specialised projects, supporting the Office Manager and Admin team to facilitate the smooth running of the office. Working to also support the Senior Leadership team and wider team as and when necessary. You will also be organising events (internally and externally).What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience as a PA/EA at a Senior level. Importantly we are looking for someone who has a great attitude, is professional, a real team player and someone who is able to get "stuck in". You should be reliable, trustworthy and able to work with a high level of confidence. You will be motivated to deliver exceptional results at all times and be driven by making a difference. You will be highly organised, proactive and "one step ahead". You should have an ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. You should be highly IT literate and have excellent communication skills.What you'll get in returnThis role is being offered initially on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis but it is highly likely to be converted into a permanent position. Our clients' offices are based on the outskirts of Cambridge with excellent public transport links.
