Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Operations Manager to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to Support the current Md in the running of the day to day operations. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45K - £50K + Company Car and Bonus depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday Plus bank holidays, Pension, Birthday off, career progression towards director.  

This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be Monday – Friday. Reporting to the Managing director your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day to day operations
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and timelines
  • Direct reports of 10 - 15 sites, Assisted by Contracts Manager and Assistant QS
  • Looking after Contracts Manager and Site teams supervisors

The ideal candidate:

  • Mechanical and electrical industry knowledge
  • Previous supervisor or team leader role
  • Must drive
  • Previous experience communicating with cross functional teams.
