Marketing Communications Lead£35,000Hybrid – 1 - 2 in the Cambridge office, with easy access to the project site.Benefits package - inclusive of 12% pension contribution, private health care and many other perksAre you a marketing professional with experience in communications and PR?Do you enjoy being on-site using the latest technology to capture the progression of a project, then storytelling the journey through your own lens on social media and putting the fuel into a brands story.As the Marketing Communications Lead, you will be at the forefront of promoting and communicating the business' brand new sustainability initiatives project. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will spearhead efforts to position our client as a thought-leader in sustainable improvements for homing regeneration projects in Cambridgeshire. This role requires a brand ambassador who has strong project an stakeholder management, able to engage their written conetent with different audiences, tone of voice and influence across all levels. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead the communication of the sustainability initiatives to business partners, members, and intermediary partners.
  • Line manage the Content Coordinator, ensuring timely delivery of the content calendar.
  • Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel communications to promote sustainability goals and achievements.
  • Produce inspiring and compelling communications across various media channels.
  • Manage promotions and content sign-off, ensuring compliance with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to develop a proactive media program highlighting sustainability goals and achievements.
  • Manage the production of monthly project reports to keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Act as the society's 'Green Champion,' encouraging the team to adopt sustainable practices.
You will come with the following skills and experience:
  • Professional Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging content and channel plans.
  • Proficient in content development and creation to tell compelling stories.
  • Experience in working with and coordinating creative agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different audiences.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Awareness of, and enthusiasm for improving the sustainability of homes and housing.
