Role Overview: As the School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your organisational prowess and confident communication skills will be essential in providing exceptional support to staff, parents, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with student enrolment, attendance tracking, and other student-related documentation.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to organise events and meetings throughout the academic year.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection regulations at all times.
  • Support the timetabling team to ensure all is kept up to date and delivered on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • An empathetic nature and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Working Environment: The role of School Administrator is office-based, providing you with a comfortable and well-equipped work space. While there is no parking available on-site, the school is conveniently located in Cambridge, accessible by public transportation.

The hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 18:00pm
