The successful Candidate will need to be a UK resisident living in Cambridgeshire and have at least 3 years experience working in the UK. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and highly flexible candidate for an exciting role within a modern fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be proactive, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. You will need to demonstrate your technical skills, have great attention to detail and show confidence and positivity. In this role the output is what counts.


You will work closely with a team of professionals and take guidance from them as well as needing to show leadership. Working closely with Global world leading Businesses. You will play a key role in the project management of training needs. This may be face to face, on line or within digital learning platforms.

Our client’s customers have ever changing and specific needs and therefore you need to be able to react quickly and identify solutions. You will play a key role in the development and distribution of worldwide training, coordinating all elements to ensure customer satisfaction. This may be liaising with academics to create learning content, discussing requirements with clients, or working with internal support services to send out delegate information.

You will confidently communicate with professionals from all levels. This role is high pressured and requires dedication, and someone wanting to invest in the company and their career. Ideally the sucessful candidate will have PRINCE training. 
In support of this you will be given extensive learning and development opportunities.

This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a Project Co-ordinator or Project Manager, Events Manager, Training and Development Co-ordinator, Programme Manager or in Professional Services.
