Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Alexander Greens is a family-owned independent estate agent with 14 years background in the Cambridge property market. We specialise in the sale and rental of properties from individual occupancy to HMO’s.

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join the business. The role will cover both the sale and rental of residential properties.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to leads and answering queries from prospective tenants and vendors
• Managing properties from exit to take over from new tenants
• Arranging maintenance for properties
• Carryout exit checks and routine inspections
• Creating inventories for new tenants
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating with all parties to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders
• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing the expectations of all parties to ensure the possibility of exceeding them

Preferable skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Proficient Microsoft skills and the ability to use property portal systems (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
• Good organisation and administrative skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time and Part-time positions available

Salary: £18,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
