As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking talented and self-driven Education Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Cambridge. We are due to open an office and are on the search for experienced local consultants!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs.
- Recruit, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable teaching positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding set targets.

Requirements:
- Reside in Cambridgeshire or willing to relocate.
- Demonstrated self-drive and motivation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
