Recruitment Consultant – Reed Finance division

Join our Reed team in Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant within the Finance division. You will be joining an existing team of successful recruiters where your focus will be on finding excellent candidates for permanent roles within the fully qualified finance market across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • This is a very candidate driven market meaning a big focus will be on engaging fully qualified finance candidates to then work with mostly warm and enagaged client
  • Develop new and existing client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Engage in some level of business development and account management activities.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally someone with client-facing, sales, account management, or similar experience would suit this role
  • Graduates or profressionals with a drive a tenacity to develop a successful and lucrative career in recruitment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confident communication abilities.
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
