The OTE (On Target Earnings) for the position are as follows: 1st Year: £45k+, 2nd Year: £65k+, 3rd Year: £80k+. Commissions are uncapped, and higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates.
The job type is full-time, and benefits include on-site parking, work from home option, Monday to Friday schedule, bonus scheme, and commission pay. The preferred experience for this role is 2 years as a Recruitment Consultant.
