Our Senior Support Workers:

  • Lead and direct teams by example
  • Create and complete Support Plans, Health Plans, Risk Assessments etc
  • Support staff to develop appropriate skills through supervisions and acting as a mentor
  • Deliver high quality person centred support to people with learning disabilities
  • Report to Service Managers and support with daily Service Management

Do you have:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)?
  • Experience working with people, young and old, with behaviours that challenge, complex needs, autism, Downs syndrome, learning and physical disabilities?
  • Confidence?
  • Resilience?
  • Proactive with high attention to detail?
  • Good Computer & IT Literacy?
  • Experience with manual handling tasks?
