Sonic Summary

info
  • Position: Principal Java Engineer
  • Salary: Not specified
  • Experience required: Not specified
  • Location: Cambridge
  • Year of experience required: Not specified

We're working with an award-winning Cambridge company that develops deep learning software solutions for the life sciences. Come join an open-minded and collaborative R&D team as a Principal Java Engineer, as they design and develop their new platform.

This role is what you make it-the team don't stick to rigid architecture, and use the right technology for the right problem with no restraints. They use agile processes and you would work along the entire SDLC.

This role is hybrid, with the team meeting up in Cambridge once a week. Outside of this, you're welcome to work from home or use their office as often as you'd like.

Does the below sound interesting to you? If so, it's likely you'd be interested in their projects:

  • NLP & LLM
  • AI/ML/Data Analytics
  • Working in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain to drive life-changing research

This is a rough guideline of the tech they're looking for (you don't need all of this):

  • Java 17, Spring Boot
  • AWS, CI/CD, DevOps in a Linux environment

If the idea of innovation, a friendly team, and a company with a solid ethos appeals to you, please don't hesitate to apply now or get in touch with Elizabeth at TEC Partners.
