The company is expanding due to recent successes and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Planner to contribute to major projects upwards of £60mil within the new build life science and education sectors.
The Role:
As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects in excess of £60mil and across Life Science, Education and Commercial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to high-profile developments within East Anglia and surrounding counties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborating with project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Providing accurate and insightful analysis of project progress and performance.
- Liaising with stakeholders to communicate project milestones and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Utilising industry-leading planning software to improve project efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate:
- A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in planning and project management. Extensive experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard planning software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
