Keep up to date with the latest learning and development trends and sector based best practice to ensure our colleagues are receiving high quality learning and development

Essential Criteria

Professional Qualification Achieved, This may include:

o Vocational qualification (health, education, or social care) - Level 3 as a minimum

o Social work qualification (Diploma, BSc, BA)

o Teaching or education-based qualification

o Nursing qualification (with current registration) (NMC)

o Other health professional qualification (with current HCPC or equivalent registration)

To have at least 2 years' experience within the social care or education environment. Have good IT, communication skills both written and verbal, to maintain confidentiality and deal with situations in a sensitive manner.
