Job Description:

Reed HR looking for a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to join one of our fantastic client's organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, and absence management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, and absence management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of approach and best practice
  • Provide training and coaching to managers on employee relations issues
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure that policies and procedures are updated accordingly

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 and above
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an employee relations role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
