As a Part-Time Court of Protection Case Worker (Executive/Paralegal/Legal Assistant), you will be a key component in the firm’s commitment to providing excellence in client service. Position Details:
Location: Canterbury
Working Days: 2-3 days per week
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 pro rata

Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Court of Protection Case Worker (Executive/Paralegal/Legal Assistant), your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining updated spreadsheets related to client matters
Managing assets documentation and records
Supporting the Court of Protection solicitor with day-to-day client affairs
Liaising with families, care providers, and utility companies
