I am looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive to manage and execute successful marketing campaigns and drive Business to Business sales within a Professional Services organisation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing, sales, or business development, and who has experience in delivering effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns from inception to benefits realisation, ensuring adherence to budgets and high return on investment.

  • Produce publicity materials in accordance with brand guidelines and organise events.

  • Communicate with target audiences through a multi-channel approach, including social media.

  • Engage in Business to Business sales to increase new provision and apprenticeship opportunities for the University.

  • Perform timely and accurate office administration related to marketing, web, publications, and communications in Lifelong Learning.

  • Work with the Senior Business Development and Marketing Officer to coordinate employer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, business-to-business sales, or business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and deliver effective marketing campaigns, including proficiency in social media strategies.

  • Experience in apprentice-facing work or similar environments.

  • Strong skills in influencing and negotiating effectively.
