Our well-established, industry leading client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fuelling business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships!

Key Duties:

  • Develop a targeted marketing and business development strategy to expand our client base and identify growth opportunities.
  • Carefully research and build a strong pipeline of prospect clients to be targeted.
  • Plan, execute and finalise projects through to their successful delivery.
  • Create strong pitches, credentials and advising partners on strategy in relation to bids and tenders.
  • Oversee the creation of sector-specific content, campaigns, events, and other profile-raising activities.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Marketing team.
  • Plan, prepare and monitor annual budgets.

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience working within Professional services firms such as Finance or Legal
  • Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding on how to develop effective strategies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain both internal and external.
  • Proficient in developing effective strategies.
  • Experienced in collaborating with senior managers to grasp objectives, needs, and negotiate consensus.
