Stonemason

We are a stonemasonry company seeking an experienced stonemason to work in our factory.

We are based in Kent, just outside of Canterbury, our core business is the production of high quality granite, marble and quartz kitchen worktops.

We are looking for the right person to join our expanding team to keep up with the high demand we are experiencing.

The candidate should ideally:

• Experience needed in all types of cutting and polishing of Granite and Quartz.
• Have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of stone worktop fabrication and finishing to a high standard
• Edge polishing and profiling
• Sink cutting and polishing
• Experience in building up mitred edges
• Drainer Grooves
• Hold a clean driving license
• Speak and have a good understanding of English
• Have pride in their work
• Work in an efficient manner
• Be willing to work as part of a team

Some heavy lifting is required, the factory can also be a noisy environment to work in but ear protection is provided. We are also willing to consider a candidate who may not have worked in the industry before and is willing to learn as full training can be provided.

Wages are negotiable and dependent on experience.
