- Processing new membership applications and re-instatements.
- Processing payments via Direct Debit, cash and cards.
- Processing and responding to member and customer enquiries.
- Undertaking membership system tasks that support the membership subscription management.
- Compiling reports and analysis on membership income received.
- Undertake audits of CRM records and departmental processes.
- Previous office administration experience in a similar role.
- IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet and diary software.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence to customers and colleagues in a professional manner both verbally and in writing.
- Experience of analysing information from data and translating finding to communicate appropriately.
- Ability to plan work, prioritise according to business neds and work to tight timescales.
