Job title: Business Change ManagerLocation: Cardiff - Hybrid opportunity.Salary: £47,745 - £53,934 depending on experience,Hours: 35 hours Monday to FridayPertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager for our client who is the world's largest nursing union and professional body. The successful candidate will play an essential role in the successful implementation of a new HR/Payroll Finance system.This position is available as a 12-month fixed-term contract, and the client provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

Key responsibilities to include:
  • Develop a change management strategy aligned with the overall project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed through the implementation process.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders including HR and finance employees, management, and the wider group users.
  • Develop and implement a training program to equip employees with necessary skills to use the new system.
  • Act as the lead and deliver project meetings and own/action relevant change management related tasks.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of how the new system will impact workflow, roles and processes.
  • Regular monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops to engage users in the change process.
  • Develop a post-implementation support plant to address any issues that may arise after the system goes live.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentations for all system changes.
Key skills and experience
  • Significant experience as a Business Change Manager.
  • Track record of strong project management with a qualification in a project management.
  • Delivering successful change initiatives
  • Strong management and engagement skills along with excellent communication.
