In this key role, you'll oversee the maintenance of material handling and production equipment across several UK sites. You'll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader focused on optimising the maintenance function to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.

What do you do as the maintenance manager.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment longevity.
  • Lead the health and safety strategy, fostering a safe work environment for your team.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyse maintenance data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee a team of engineers (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic), ensuring they deliver maintenance activities on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
