Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a dedicated ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cardiff, starting ASAP. Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored support plans for students with additional learning needs.

· Provide one-on-one assistance and small group support to ensure individualised learning goals are met.

· Adapt and modify learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles.

· Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and progress of every student.

· Work closely with the ALN Coordinator and other professionals to implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant is essential.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.

· Adaptability to support a variety of learning needs and styles.

· Empathy and a patient approach to working with students with additional learning needs.

· A genuine desire to contribute to the development and success of all students.
