£35,000 + Van + Fuel card + iPhone + Laptop + Company Bonus + 10% Pension contribution

This company are a large well established student housing specialists owning around 200 properties covering mainly South Wales, the South West and some UK wide. They are looking to expand their portfolio over the coming years offering exciting opportunities for all employees within the business. They have an extremely sociable and friendly work culture that put their staff first.

In this role you will be working independently and will be responsible for all electrical compliance testing, certification and completing of remedial works for their portfolio of properties. Working mostly in South Wales with some staying away.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Electrician to build a long term career in a well established company that are employee focussed and offer a great package.

The Role:
- Travelling around to domestic properties carrying out electrical compliance testing and remedial works
- Carrying out emergency lighting tests on each property every 6 months
- Fire alarm testing

The Person:
- Happy with traveling and staying away.
- Clean driver's license
- Fully qualified electrician wanting to work for a well established business.
