HR Administrator Our incredible client is looking for a HR Administrator to work closely with the HR department. They are looking for someone who is able to be pro-active and people focused with their role and be the first point of contact for all employees. The HR Administrator will sit with the HR team and will be key in supporting effective HR service. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills further and progress in HR. This position is 35 hours per week, with hybrid working based in Cardiff, reporting to the HR Business Partner and Head of HR.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
  • Being the first point of contact, including calls and emails
  • Maintaining documents electronically and hard copies 
  • Complying with GDPR and reinforcing these with employees
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Handling administration of references, DBS checks, and required documents for employees
  • Administering starter and leaver processes including all documentation, induction and exit interviews
  • Preparing contracts and contract variation letters
Requirements:
  • Experience working with complex administrative duties 
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and elements of HR
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Respectful of confidentiality and discretion 
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience supporting DBS checks, references and required documents 
  • Experience preparing contracts
