We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Builder to join an expanding architecture and design practice based in Cardiff, who predominantly focus on projects in Cardiff , South West and London.
This firm has secured work as far forward as 2025 and so looking for a Permanent Builder with some groundworks experience to grow within the company.
This company excels in working on existing buildings, renovations, conversions and extension which is the core of their business – covering sectors including residential, commercial, bar and restaurant design , retail developments and farm buildings conversions
As a permanent General Builder, you will be dealing with the main structural work including bricklaying, superstructure and propping for steel installation plus some groundworks including foundations and drainage.
Certificates required.
• CSCS card
• Driving license Preferred
