WELSH SPEAKING ADMINISTRATOR

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WORKING MAINLY FROM HOME WITH THE OFFICE BASE AT ST ASAPH, NORTH WALES AND CARDIFF

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Welsh Speaking Administrator to join a well established organisation to be based mainly from home but working hybrid in their offices either in the St Asaph (North Wales) or Cardiff centre

This is a temporary assignment for 6 Months


The Role

You will be joining a very busy and vibrant team of people working on Improvements projects, project groups, networks and partnerships.


The role will involve providing administrative support to meetings and establish and maintain administrative systems, procedures and databases.

You will also draft and distribute papers, specifications and plans and ensure consistency of tone, branding and translation.

The duties of an administrator would include collating data, organise events and meetings.

What is needed

- Fluency in Welsh and English
- Experience of business administration
- Excellent organisational and written communication skills
- IT proficiency, including Teams and Zoom

- Salary of £26,894 - £29,080 per annum
