We are currently seeking Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. Job Duties:

Provide support to teachers and students in both Welsh and English language settings, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
Assist with classroom activities, including lesson preparation, group work, and individual tutoring sessions.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
Collaborate with school staff and external professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with additional needs.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers, helping to assess learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Fluent in Welsh, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the languages.
Previous experience working in an educational setting, either as a teaching assistant, classroom support worker, or similar role preferred.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with students of varying ages and abilities.
Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field would be advantageous but not essential.
