Hooray are proud to be supporting a specialist provider of care services in Cardiff to assist in the recruitment for a HR Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a new a workforce management software to join their team on a full-time permanent basis! This role can be within either Cardiff or Gloucester!

As a HR Project Manager, you will:
- Project manage the implementation of Softworks
- Maintain other HR systems
- Manage internal administration systems in relation to annual leave and pay uplifts
- Diagnose and address complex system delivery issues
- Deliver the projects to timelines and on budget
To be successful as a HR Project Manager, you will:
- Have previous experience of workforce management system and procedures (preferably Softworks)
- Hold a strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Be able to creatively solve problems
- Maintain a calm approach and be flexible to the demands of the role
- Holding a relevant project management qualification (Prince2 or HR Qualification) would be advantageous
In return my client are offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position and can be based within either Cardiff or Gloucester.
