Reed HR are proud to be recruiting for recruitment manager on behalf of a learning provider based in Cardiff. You will be joining a small dynamic team with the responsibility of attracting top-tier talent to provide educational services for the organisation. This role is pivotal in the inception, development, and delivery of new courses and requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates through various channels

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identify and build relationships with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking, and attending events.
  • Manage the recruitment database, ensuring its content is up-to-date and efficiently utilised.
  • Engage in headhunting techniques to source and approach suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and current professionals
  • Convert leads into engaged candidates who contribute high-quality content.
  • Be the first point of contact for briefing candidates on role responsibilities and fees.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.

What you'll need:

  • Willingness to travel regularly with a clean driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
  • Creative and forward-thinking approach.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital tools.
  • Strong ability to attract, attain, and retain high-quality medical talent.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail with effective prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
